If you’ve been working in a kitchen already, or have taken a previous beginner culinary program, our 5-Month Culinary Management Diploma is the right fit for you. This program is designed to help cooks and previous culinary students use their existing knowledge and cooking experience and combine it with a program that will teach them the fundamentals of running and leading a professional kitchen.
