Culinary Arts Diploma Program

If you're looking to get your foot in the door of a commercial kitchen, this 23-week program is designed to provide the basic skills and knowledge you need to begin your culinary career.


Sous Chef Diploma Program

Our 37 Week sous chef diploma program, provides formal hands-on training, classroom theory, and work experience to help you begin your journey to becoming a chef.


Professional Chef Diploma

In this experience focused 54 week program, you’ll receive a combination of formal classroom training, hands-on training in our production kitchen, and work experience programs.


Culinary Management Program

If you have previous cooking experience, but are looking to advance your career, this 23 Week program is designed give you the formal training you need to make the move from cook to Chef.
