Do I need to buy the schools preferred tools and uniforms?

Yes. All students are required to purchase a uniform and professional-grade knife set, along with some additional tools from our Chef Store. Everything is available through the school after enrollment. Estimated costs are listed under “Other Fees” on our tuition page.

The Sous Chef Diploma is an 8-month program and perfect for students with little to no experience, while the Culinary Arts Diploma is a 5-month program ideal for cooks who want to advance their careers. Both programs offer hands-on learning and small class sizes, but the Culinary Arts Diploma program has a shorter duration.

At this time, all classes are facilitated in-person and all students are expected to attend class. In the event of any emergencies, please review the Chef School’s Attendance Policy.

Once you submit your application and are accepted, you’ll receive your admissions package and enrollment letter via email, along with further details and Orientation/class schedule information. You will receive a formal payment plan and enrollment contract at Orientation.

As early as possible! Spots fill quickly, especially in the January and September intakes. We recommend applying 2–3 months before your intended start date so that your spot is reserved.
