International applications are currently on hold until at least December 21, 2025, due to federal and provincial regulations. However, we welcome inquiries and will be updating applicants as soon as things change.

In many cases, yes. If you complete one program and decide to keep going, we may be able to help you transition into another diploma program with credit where applicable. This may only be done prior to the halfway point of your program of study.

Small. We cap our classes at 12 students per instructor, so you get real, personalized one-on-one attention, hands-on support, and an environment to grow.

Yes! Our student body includes people of all ages and backgrounds, from high school graduates to people starting second careers. Culinary dreams don’t expire.

What’s the difference between the Culinary Arts and Sous Chef Diploma?2025-03-29T21:06:04-04:00

The Sous Chef Diploma is an 8-month program and perfect for students with little to no experience, while the Culinary Arts Diploma is a 5-month program ideal for cooks who want to advance their careers. Both programs offer hands-on learning and small class sizes, but the Culinary Arts Diploma program has a shorter duration.
