We partner with Victorinox and Browne for all the knives and tools you will need during your studies. This is a list of all items included in your Knife Kit:

1 x 4” Paring Knife
1 x 8” Victorinox Fibrox Knife
1 x 6” Flexible Boning Knife
1 x 10” Round Sharpening Steel
1 x 10.25” Curved Serrated Knife
1 x 2.25” Bird’s Peak Paring Knife
1 x Black Vegetable Peeler
1 x silicone spatula
1 x wooden spoon
1 x stainless steel tong
1 x stainless steel balloon whisk

Everything comes assembled in a Victorinox embroidered knife carrying case.

At this time, all classes are facilitated in-person and all students are expected to attend class. In the event of any emergencies, please review the Chef School’s Attendance Policy.

Do you accept international students?2025-03-29T21:00:53-04:00

International applications are currently on hold until at least December 21, 2025, due to federal and provincial regulations. However, we welcome inquiries and will be updating applicants as soon as things change.

What’s the dress code for classes?2025-03-29T21:07:51-04:00

All students must wear their branded chef jacket, pants, pillow box hat, neckerchief, apron, and black non-slip shoes during kitchen instruction. We take safety and professionalism seriously—it starts with what you wear.
