Our Sous Chef Diploma is perfect for beginners—it’s designed to teach you essential skills from scratch in a hands-on, supportive environment and provide you with practical kitchen experience. You’ll be confident in the kitchen by the time you graduate and be ready for the workforce.

Yes! Every program includes hands-on kitchen labs, and many include live restaurant service experiences. We want you confident, practiced, and ready to hit the ground running.

Can I start with one program and move into another?2025-03-29T21:10:23-04:00

In many cases, yes. If you complete one program and decide to keep going, we may be able to help you transition into another diploma program with credit where applicable. This may only be done prior to the halfway point of your program of study.
