What’s the average weekly schedule like?

Programs typically run 4–5 days per week, about 20–25 hours total. Classes are a mix of theory and hands-on practical kitchen labs.

In many cases, yes. If you complete one program and decide to keep going, we may be able to help you transition into another diploma program with credit where applicable. This may only be done prior to the halfway point of your program of study.

Yes! We host regular open houses—like the ones on April 4 and April 25 from 3–5 PM—so you can meet our instructors, check out our kitchens, and get a feel for what we’re all about. Spaces fill up fast, so be sure to reserve your spot.

Does Chef School offer payment plans?2025-03-29T21:14:34-04:00

Yes! You are only required to make the $500.00 non-refundable registration fee payment at the time of your application. Four weeks prior to your scheduled start date, you will receive two invoices. The first invoice will require a payment of 25% of your tuition costs and $620.00 food cost. The second invoice will be for the Chef Store for your textbook, uniform and materials fee in the amount of $831.12.

Yes. We’re located at 5732 Kennedy Road, Mississauga, close to major bus routes and highways. Free parking is also available for students who drive.

Do I need to buy the schools preferred tools and uniforms?2025-03-29T21:04:01-04:00

Yes. All students are required to purchase a uniform and professional-grade knife set, along with some additional tools from our Chef Store. Everything is available through the school after enrollment. Estimated costs are listed under “Other Fees” on our tuition page.
