Sous Chef Diploma Program

Our 37 Week sous chef diploma program, provides formal hands-on training, classroom theory, and work experience to help you begin your journey to becoming a sous chef. It consists of 3 terms, which will guide you through all the skills and knowledge you'll need to work in a professional kitchen, assisting the Chef. Professional Chef Diploma

In this experience focused 54 week program, designed to help you become a Professional Chef, you’ll receive a combination of formal classroom training and hands-on training in our production kitchen. This 4 term program will provide you with the skills and training to get you on your path to becoming a professional Chef.
