Scott Lake Lodge is a remote 5-star fishing resort that hosts an all-out fishing experience, luxury
accommodations and high standards in customer service.

Season: June 3 - September 15
Location: Northern Saskatchewan (Border of NWT)
How to get there: Commercial flight from Saskatoon to Stony Rapids. Float plane from Stony
Rapids to Scott Lake. (Travel from Saskatoon included)
Job Type: Full Time, Seasonal Contract
Wage: $160.00 per day plus gratuities (average per month $3000-4000 USD)
8-10 hours/day, room and board included

Responsibilities

Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Clean and maintain the kitchen by practicing good safety and sanitation
• Clean up the kitchen and take care of leftover food
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
• Maintain consistency of product with great attention to food quality, taste, and presentation
• Must be able to analyze many variables and choose the most effective course of action for the
kitchen at any given point in time
• Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under
pressure

Qualifications

• Must have kitchen experience
• Lifting and carrying at least 50lbs
• Must be able to operate kitchen equipment
• Must be a Canadian Citizen or have immediate authorization to work in Canada
• Attentive to detail
• Professional with Customer Service at the forefront
