You’ve probably overloaded on fresh asparagus from farmers markets and now you’re thinking, “I’m going to have to binge on it for the next 3 days before it become asparagus sludge!” Say it with us, “There must be a better way!”. There is – a mason jar. It doesn’t even need to be a mason jar. You can use an old clean jar of any sort. Stand your asparagus upright in it and put just enough water in the bottom to cover the white part of the bottoms. It’s the same principal as keeping cut flowers in water, but it works! So there’s no need to eat asparagus for breakfast lunch and dinner, just put it in a jar!
