If you’ve got some experience and want to level up, the Culinary Arts Diploma is a great next step. For those interested in business, leadership, or running a kitchen, the Culinary Management or Professional Chef Diploma programs are ideal.

At this time, all classes are facilitated in-person and all students are expected to attend class. In the event of any emergencies, please review the Chef School’s Attendance Policy.

We offer three start dates per year: January, March, and September. This means you don’t have to wait a full year to begin your culinary education—you can get started when it works best for you.
