The Sous Chef Diploma is an 8-month program and perfect for students with little to no experience, while the Culinary Arts Diploma is a 5-month program ideal for cooks who want to advance their careers. Both programs offer hands-on learning and small class sizes, but the Culinary Arts Diploma program has a shorter duration.

Yes. All students are required to purchase a uniform and professional-grade knife set, along with some additional tools from our Chef Store. Everything is available through the school after enrollment. Estimated costs are listed under “Other Fees” on our tuition page.
At this time, our campus does not have any student housing options available. However, we do work with a settlement agency by the name of Adrois. All prospective students interested in using their services may contact Chef School Administration for further details and contact information.
